During my career I have played the role of developer, development manager, and product manager. As a developer and development manager I have learned what practices and processes are critical to the success of agile and how to drive that adoption process. As a product manager playing the role of a Scrum Product Owner, I have learned just how critical and how difficult this role is in enabling the business to realize the full potential agile can bring. During all that experience, I have developed a passion for agile software development and the improved partnership between business and technology that agile practices can create.
