About
Concerning my education I hold a masters degree in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt/Germany and I have an education in commercial information technology.
I started my career in the IT sector in 2003 in typical structured waterfall projects and gathered experiences in large migration projects of Enterprise resource planning software, e.g. SAP R3, and security rollout projects, e.g. scaled backup scenarios, firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The first contact with lean was in 2008 through my study and work with the IT Infrastructure Library to fullfill cutomer needs at service level management. The approaches of Kaizen and Demming Cycle have set force to the idea of Continuous Improvement and a change began: In 2010 I started my work at Deutsche Telekom AG, Products & Innovation, and got a member of the Agile Transition Team from the first day on. Since this, I work as agile coach and trainer and help our people to adopt and optimize agile methods and the way of thinking as well as to drive through this massive cultural change towards to an agile organization.
