Highlights: In the current role as CoE Lead, supported over 30 relationships across BFSI, Telecom, and HiTech in establishing agile teams and engineering tools for scaled agile and continuous delivery, including readiness and maturity assessments and transformation roadmap creation for over 5 relationships .

Key Responsibilities: Agile Coaching, Lean Agile Consulting, Engineering Coaching and Tools Enablement, SW Engg, Java and Web Technology Competency Development, Product Quality Evangelism.

In previous technology leadership roles, led the Java and Middleware Technology Practices, and has executed architecture consulting engagements for some of the Fortune 500 customers.
 

Prior to that,  spent over ten years in design, development and deployment of products and solutions related to CRM, SCM, Transportation and Banking. As a part of product development, he was also instrumental in conceptualization and design of Software Engineering automation tools.
This includes 3 years of Scrum based agile product development for an SCM company based in Milwaukee including 1 year as team member and 2 years as Scrum Master of offshore team.

Key aspiration is to institutionalize agility, product quality rigor and automation in software engineering through coaching, mentoring, standards creation, governance, and advanced competency management.
 

Co-editor of ISO SQuaRE standards. CSM and TOGAF certified.
