Thomas Moseley

Tom Moseley, CSM, CSPO, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, has been in the software business for over 30 years. He's worked in different industries in different roles.

He started in development. His first work was in the innovation pace, working in software language development. From there, he was an early developer at a startup bought by Lexus Nexus. He ending his days at the development keyboard at Kennedy Space Center.

In 2010, Tom was promoted to leadership at his contract at Kennedy. His leaders sent him to Certified ScrumMaster training under Jeff Sutherland. Upon returning, he was given the task to transform the organization to Scrum. During the next three years he was responsible for all aspects of the transformation.

Since this time, Tom has worked in a variety of industries, public and private. These positions include:

• Deputy CIO for the Superior Court of Arizona in Phoenix;
• Director of Application Development for a healthcare company in Florida; and
• Agile leader of development teams for a major financial services company in Arizona.

In each of these positions, Tom has led or taken part in agile transformations. He actively promotes agile practices wherever he goes.

Tom's currently pursuing CSC and CST certifications. He also uses agile practices to facilitate lifesytyle changes, as he documents in his blog - www.agileforth.com.
