My name is SunShine Vann and I am an experieced Agile and Scrum professional. I have more than 12 years of progressive and demonstrated growth as a Global Product Manager, Product Owner, and experience with Scrum Master responsibilities, across many industries. I have owned and managed multiple full lifecycle product roadmaps, product launches and enhancements, for internal and client facing products. I have led co-located scrum teams in New York and in India. Further, I spent a great portion of my career managing a collective team of 200+ Analysts in the United States, Asia, and South Africa.
I am a results-oriented innovator, a visionary, a human-centered strategist, and creator. I am a thought leader, and I take great pleasure in utilizing Agile principles and scrum framework to identify and solve client pain points while self-organizing and executing effecitvely and efficiently.
