I am a passionate professional for project management, innovation and agile methodologies. I have a degree in business management, I am a Certified Agile Coach (IPC-ACC) and a Certified Scrum Professional®-Scrum Master (CSP-SM) by Scrum Alliance. I lead the Agile Centre of Excellence and my work is dedicated to empowering people in new ways of working so they can adapt faster to changes that may occur in the market, customer needs or company context. Working in Agile means focusing on what really creates value, simplifying processes, giving and receiving constant feedback, working collaboratively in a safe environment that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement. I have more than 20 years of experience in energy marketing. I started my work in the LPG business where I participated in the innovation project for a new gas bottle development (Pluma). I was responsible for market analysis, concept test, business plan, marketing, ATL and BTL communication, training to sales teams, etc. Later I worked in natural gas and electricity business, in the B2C and B2B segments, in areas such as communication and product management.
