I am a passionate Content Solutions Architect and Project Manager focused on Headless CMS technologies, Content Modeling, Content Architecture, Content Strategy and Jamstack. As a Senior Content Solutions Architect at ServiceTitan, I lead the CMS squad in Product. I'm in charge of the management and implementation of various Contentful projects and work with many stakeholders including Product Managers, Designers, Developers and content authors. Major responsibilities include project management, managing developers, gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical requirements for the dev team. I'm also in charge of managing various spaces in Contentful. I'm a Certified ScrumMaster, a Certified Contentful Professional, have an online course on Contentful and I'm very active in the Contentful community. I'm also extremely passionate about content modeling. I love to take unstructured documents and create structured content models around them that are maintainable, scalable, discoverable, reusable and support omni-channel delivery. I teach an online course on Content Modeling called Content Modeling Weekly. A side passion project of mine is HeadlessCreator.com, where professionals come to learn all about Content Modeling and headless CMS administration, authoring and development. I also host a podcast on headless technologies both in English and Spanish.
