Mr. Morein did a fantastic job facilitating the course. He was personable, organized and knowledgeable. He did not have crutch words or phrases and kept a good pace and tone throughout the two days. He kept the course interesting by using anecdotes and relating student experiences to the lessons making the learning practical. I have no experience with scrum professionally, but Mr. Morein made it easy to grasp the concepts and I am confident I can apply these principles in my workplace. Thank you. Arguments are overrated. A well- timed compliment or smile may work to quell some anger.
