This is NOT your conventional Scrum training course!

It starts with comparing Apple's early iOS releases' design/engineering process (the Creative Selection) to Scrum framework inside-out and show you how these 2 approaches share the common essences and embedded Agile and innovative spirit behind the setup, based upon the trainer's extensive development and product/project experiences in mobile and wireless carrier sector. And how this type of spirit can be applied to any innovative endeavor at works and in life!

As Steve Jobs put it in his 1995 Lost Interview:

“When you put together a small team of great people, they polish each other… the process is the magic, not just your original ideas...through this, common rocks become beautiful stones”

This Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM certification of Scrum Alliance) training helps you:

  • 🌱 Master Scrum’s true essences rooted in innovation and teamwork
  • 🤝 Facilitate collaboration where people and process enhance each other
  • 🚀 Lead with agility to create value in a fast-changing world with AI approaching

Born from the groundbreaking Harvard Business Review article “The New New Product Development Game” (1986) and inspired by Nonaka & Takeuchi’s “Knowledge-Creating Company” (1991), Scrum has always been about more than speed. It’s about learning, adaptation, and collective intelligence.

Join us to experience the principles, practices, roles, leadership and human spirit that make Scrum the world’s most impactful framework for innovation, and eventually earn the CSM certificate and become an effective enabler of team/organization agility!

Unlike some other typical instructors, our trainer comes with extensive hands-dirty real world experiences in product innovations and software development, agile project delivery, Lean and Kanban, Design Thinking, team facilitation, leadership and professional coaching, and transformational programs in various industries/contexts around the globe in diverse cultures and distributed teams setting

The course is augmented by cases sharing from various companies including Lego Company (Scrum with Liberating Structures),  Zoom Company (the Golden Triangle roles-collaboration), ABB (Hardware Dev), Tencent (WeChat), ByteDance (TikTok), Coca-Cola (Scrum Marketing), Standard Chartered Bank (Financial Service Innovation), IDEO (Design Innovation), tesa (Cheminal Engineering), Merck and Sanofi (Go-to-Market agility), and City of Vancouver (municipal planning), etc.

About the trainer:
