Q: For the certification do I need to take an exam?

A: There is no need for an exam for this certification. After succesfully completing the course, you will get an email from Scrum Alliance to set up your profile and activate the certification.

Q: Due to a problem I missed a part of the course. Can I recover it later?

A: Scrum Alliance requires 16 hours of instruction, so if you miss a part of the course you will not be eligible for certification. If there is a serious reason for missing, we'll offer you transfer to a future workshop.

Q: What are the prerequisites for this course? What do I need in order to attend?

There are no prerequisites for this certification course, but basic agile knowledge would help a lot. For attending the course you need a computer with fairly good connection to internet, speaker and camera. We also use online interactive tools to share ideas with the group.

Q: I need to cancel my participation to the course! How do I get my money back?

A: You can cancel up to 7 days before the course starts. We will refund you or we can also transfer you to another course date if you wish.

Q: Are there any discounts offered?

Great Agile Scalling training

Balanced coverage of major frameworks and methodologies: the course did a fantastic job of breaking down SAFe, LeSS, and Scrum@Scale, explaining the pros and cons of each without any bias.Practical, real-world examples: the inclusion of real-world case studies and examples helped ground the material and showed how these frameworks are applied in various industries.
