None. The course is available for everyone! It is beneficial to have some knowledge about Scrum. It is also expected for you to have read the “Scrum Guide” prior to class.

Goal-Setting Fundamentals – history of OKRs, goal-setting, objectives and strategy
Strategic Planning and Alignment – strategic planning, cascading goals, OKR format and template
Objective and Key Results (OKRs) – scenarios, creating alignment, transparency, shared OKRs, 360° Alignment
OKRs in Scrum and Antipatterns – OKR cycle, coordination of Sprint Goals, antipatterns

A week before the OKRs course, Sherman hosted a local meetup to introduce the new Scrum Alliance microcredential series. I am glad that I was able to attend this class the following week. I was able to learn new concepts and skills in a very short amount of time. I liked how the course was organized with the lectures and exercises. With the templates and slide presentation, plus the additional JIRA integration, I look forward to applying what I learned right away in the work environment.
