Certified Scrum Product Owner®

While I have been a PO for a while, I have not attended a formal class. This class helped identify things that we are doing really well, things that we could do differently or not at all. It was a great validation of our current processes and where I can focus with the team and stakeholders to continually improve. It was right on time, because we are about to move from 3 week sprints, to 2 week sprints and this class showed me things that I can do to track/evaluate the success of this.

Best course I had in a long time. I feel that I can apply the skills taught.

The course was very well formated. Christian kept using the participants names to keep people involved, he asked questions, asking individuals to contribute continously. Breaks were really well organised and respected. Breakout acitivities were useful and demonstrated the theory very well. Very hands on exercises, with simple tools. This was one of the best formal training sessions I had. Even in an online setting, I feel like I got to collaborate with other participants and that Christian kept the discussions interesting and relevant. Thank you!
