What is the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course

By the end of the first day, attendees will emerge with a firm grasp of the Product Owner role and a crystallised product vision. On the second day, the focus shifts to validating product concepts, mastering the structuring of work through Story Maps, and refining the process of breaking work down into manageable releases. This journey culminates in an in-depth discussion on Product Backlogs, User Stories, and personas. Towards the conclusion of the day, participants will engage in a full Scrum Sprint, witnessing firsthand how the concepts discussed translate into tangible product creation.

Upon course completion, participants will be fully equipped to become Certified Scrum Product Owners. Moreover, successful candidates will gain a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, affording exclusive access to invaluable Product Owner resources and content.
