Course Summary

This intensive two-day course will prepare attendees to take on the ScrumMaster role and is taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) Christian Antoine. During the course, participants will cover the mindset and mechanics of Scrum, including the roles, events, artifacts.

Why This Class?

Real world case studies from the instructor’s experience will be shared as well as full in-class simulation for participants to experience what is different from a traditional System Development Life Cycle vs. Scrum.

Scrum Alliance Membership

The first two years of the Scrum Alliance membership is included in the course giving access to the Scrum Alliance community and forum, webinars, content, event discounts and more!

Certification Readiness

Any participant successfully completing the course is eligible to take the online CSM exam.

To be eligible for certification, participants are required to attend the entire class. If a participant misses any part of the course, they lose their certification eligibility. Christian consults, trains, and coaches teams and companies on Agile at all levels of the organization. He enjoys helping others see there is a different way to approach work, at a sustainable pace, and get outcomes to delight customers.

Prior to Collaborative Leadership Team, Christian worked for Medtronic, Hollstadt & Associates, and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). A graduate of St. John’s University, Christian resides in Golden Valley, MN with his wife Megan, and children, Madeline, Ellen and Eli.
