If you’re interested in the “business side” of projects, you are probably the right person to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®). While the ScrumMaster helps the Scrum Team work together to learn and implement Scrum, as a CSPO, you create the product vision, order the Product Backlog, and collaborate with the Developers and Stakeholders to create products that delight both customers and the business.

Certified Scrum Product Owner professionals know the Scrum terminology, practices, and principles that enable them to fulfill the role of Product Owner on a Scrum team. CSPOs are typically the individuals who are closest to the "business side" of the project. They are charged by the organization to "get the product out" and are expected to do the best possible job of satisfying all the stakeholders. CSPOs maintain the product backlog and ensure that everyone knows the priorities.

The course gives you skills you need to lead a product development team with Scrum (or any other framework).

Kindly read the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto values and principles before attending. We may ask you to do 20 or 30 minutes of reading after day 1.
