Jimi was exceptional at conveying the principles of Scrum and prepared the course takers to pass the exam without worry of fail. Highly recommend his course to all those interested in pursuing a CSM.
Jimi had an excellent, engaging way to teach that didn't really feel like teaching. That sounds like a negative, but I learned so much and I didn't realize it until the end. He's conscientious of learning and the best ways to learn, and incorporates that into the class structure. 10/10 would work with again.
This course was engaging. We quickly learned everything needed to pass the CSM exam on the first try. As a bonus, we got to participate in a hands on project that solidified the concepts.

Very practical and hands on approach with break out groups helped reinforce the scrum framework's key aspects. Also appreciated insight from Jimi's on experience over the years and what works/doesn't work. As a seasoned scrum and agile practitioner, I learned of changes to the methodology and learned new/up-to-date, and practical techniques that I can apply immediately. Jimi is approachable, and makes learning fun which made for a great experience! Thank you!!
You just can't go through this course with anyone other than Jimi leading. SO fun and entertaining. You will learn everything you need to start your Scrummening. I'm not saying he's the best, but I'm not NOT saying that either. Will absolutely sign up for another class. Cheers!
Eye-Opening Experience – SCRUM Reframed as Innovation and Empowerment I’ve worked in many software teams over the years, most of which claimed to follow some flavor of “SCRUM” or “Agile.” But in practice, those terms were often loosely interpreted—usually seen as a way to “help the business project timelines.” Taking the Certified SCRUM Master course with Fearless Agility via Scrum Alliance completely changed my understanding. I was genuinely surprised (and energized) to learn that SCRUM is actually an innovation framework designed to navigate uncertainty by delivering continuous value to users—not just a process for velocity tracking. The course taught me how SCRUM compresses requirements into a fixed timebox (typically two weeks) to deliver functioning product increments that can be validated with users—even if incomplete. That shift alone was powerful. Even more impactful was realizing SCRUM is also an empowerment framework—built on trust—enabling experts to make impactful decisions aligned with a shared goal: delivering user value. This wasn’t just a certification—it reshaped how I think about team collaboration, product delivery, and leadership. I’m excited to bring this clarity and perspective back to my teams and evolve how we work. Highly recommended for any engineer, PM, or leader who wants more than just “process”—this course delivers a mindset shift.
