Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM) training aims to take your Scrum mastery and leadership competencies to the next level, well beyond your foundational CSM certification. It is a two-day learning experience for Certified ScrumMasters who already have a year’s experience and wnat to take the next step in learning, scaling, and dealing with resistance, in order to become true experts. 

In collaboration with Reza Farhang, we are excited to bring this program to a broad audience of engaged learners from Sweden and beyond.

Our A-CSM program is designed to build on your foundational knowledge with enhanced skills for the implementation of Scrum and other essential techniques within your company and teams. While CSM is a knowledge-based certification, A-CSM provides a mix of knowledge- and competency-based validation of your skills and experience.
