Loved this micro course. Perfect amount of time to get a foundational understanding of basic AI and how it can be leveraged for SMs. I enjoyed the many group interactions through activities and open discussions. I highly valued that ethics made up a portion of the course. Would highly recommend doing this course (over self-paced) if you learn best through real engagement with the material.
Great course! Malene explained AI concepts clearly and enriched the training with real-life Agile examples. Super useful for Scrum Masters who want to stay ahead and apply AI in practical ways.
The instructor, Malene Marie Bendixen Jacobsen, was outstanding. The course not only identified AI platforms we could use in doing to scrum master work, we had a chance to work with these platforms during the course. Ms. Jacobsen also addressed the ethical issues that AI raises, a good mix of the practical and philosophical for an enriching, thought-provoking experience.
