What I really liked about this course is that we had a lot of group work and activities. Since I am teaching "Scrum" at the "Berufsschule", I was inspired by many of the ideas and will be able to use many of the activities one-to-one with my classes, along with the attractive material to go with it. On the first day I felt there was a bit too much "Frontal Unterricht", or, let's say, I felt that the course leader could have drawn out the opinions of the participants more/waited longer for them to think of something to say. The course leader was sometimes a little long-winded and mumbled sometimes, but the pictures that he drew helped me to stay focused and interested, along with the fact that he himself was very interested and engaged. It was much more mutual on the second day, perhaps because the sense of trust had increased. I think it was a good deal for the money, but still quite expensive if you consider that a whole term at the university costs less than 1000 CHF. If I had had to pay for the course myself, I think I would have hesitated. All in all, though, it was a productive time, especially for those of us who are not business people and can not always picture how things work in the corporate world. Thanks!
