During the course, there are many opportunities of thinking , and instead of just acquiring knowledge, I can learn ways of thinking. These ways of thinking can be applied and utilized in my own work. Great course!
He brought us deeper in thinking/discussing/facilitating/behaving to tough situation in collaboration with multi-stakeholders that regularly happens when we are required as well-trained/advanced-level Scrum Masters.
It was a very exciting and engaging training session. In particular, I learned about the evaluation and consistency of the Scrum Master, as well as the intervention methods and their rationale used by others. I also received personal coaching, which greatly deepened my understanding. After the training, I felt discouraged by my lack of skills, especially in coaching and psychological approaches. However, a few days later, I bounced back and, upon returning to work, I was able to identify and address several issues within my team. I was able to guide members who were reluctant to commit to a more proactive attitude, thanks to this training. Thank you very much.
This is the most eye-opening course about Scrum Masters in the universe!
Ebata-san’s training had a clear intent, and it was facilitated in a way that, while causing a certain level of confusion among the trainees, also promoted team building. When viewed from a meta-perspective, the way the trainer led the session provided stimulating insights into various aspects of what it means to be an ideal ScrumMaster. From the perspective of maximizing the effectiveness of the training, I also felt it was impactful that the trainer took into consideration the social and cultural backgrounds likely shared by the trainees. As a candidate for the A-CSM, I found that it was essential to observe and reflect not only on the environment created by the trainer but also on the behaviors and dynamics of the temporary five-day trainee community. At the same time, I strongly felt my own lack of knowledge and my underutilization of what I do know. This training instilled in me a strong sense of urgency and hunger, fueling a powerful motivation for growth. It was an outstanding experience that allowed me to witness how the trainees' temporary community developed and enhanced its ability to take action. Due to the intensity of the stimulation, however, I experienced insomnia, stomach pain, and headaches in the latter half of the program. As a result, I needed several days of recovery afterward to regain my physical health and to process and organize the mental stimulation I had received during the training.

We believe that we were provided with a place and training methods to learn on our own. His training was evaluated as being able to ask questions and make points at appropriate times to help us derive answers to our objectives. We particularly appreciate that he asked questions that provided insights at moments when our thinking stalled during the training. I believe that this experience has led to the maximization of my learning

Mr. Ebata has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and his training based on that knowledge can be said to be unique.Through training exercises, you will naturally learn the importance of having objective evidence and the necessity of learning the scientific evidence that supports it.
