Brief Overview

This training thoroughly prepares you for the role of a Product Owner (PO). Our goal is to foster understanding, hands-on experience with various tools, and inspiration. We delve into all primary responsibilities of the PO:

Collaborating with the Scrum Team
Managing the Product Backlog
Engaging with customers and users
Working with internal stakeholders

This Product Owner training is structured using many elements of Scrum. Applying Scrum within the training itself often leads to practical insights and enables holistic learning.

We employ numerous interactive simulations and exercises to make various concepts tangible and to explore different perspectives on working within a Scrum Team. Be prepared for active participation and movement.

Our trainings run daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM can be used for questions about your own environment that aren’t part of the training material.

Included in the training price:
