great course, awesome trainer

I attended a three-day SCM training with Oose last week, and it was delivered in a unique and engaging way. Instead of just focusing on earning a certificate, the trainer ensured the sessions were interactive and kept our attention throughout. The training included real-life examples and hands-on practice, not just theories from the Scrum handbook, making it both practical and insightful.

Great training with lots of useful take aways for my daily work! High knowledge (both practical & theoretical) and very good moderation skills of the trainer made this training a great experience. Thanks a lot to Michael!

Ein sehr lehrreiches Seminar mit vielen Übungen und Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmenden. Das theoretische Wissen wird sehr lebhaft vermittelt und mit Beispielen aus der Praxis gefestigt.

Michael is a consummate professional on all levels. It starts with the first impression and ends with receiving the handout. Highest quality, application of years of coaching experience. Answer to all questions, human, professional, quick thinking, down to earth. I can in all conscience recommend booking a workshop with Michael. It is a sustainable gain - not only related to Scrum, you learn for life.

He explains the theory very well and has a lot of experience. I did not have any experience at all and I could follow him quite good. Doing the preparation for this course is also very helpful. I really can recommend it to beginners and experienced people
