Learn Scrum from Alex Brown who is a Certified Scrum Trainer who has been trained by and worked with the creator of Scrum Jeff Sutherland. As the COO of Scrum Inc., Alex implemented Scrum as the central organizational framework for running the firm so that it would “practice what it preached” and serve as a test lab for new Agile management concepts.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Alex developed Scrum Inc’s Agile Leadership, Product Owner, and Scaling Scrum curricula and helped dozens of companies successfully implement Scrum across different industries and product/service contexts.

Scrum Alliance Certification process:

Have 14 hours of live online or 16 hours of in-person training with your CST, or 25 hours of face-to-face interaction with your CAC
After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement to take the 50 question CSM test that’s available in 13 languages
To pass the test, correctly answer 37 out of the 50 questions within the 60-minute time limit
Maintain your CSM certification by earning Scrum Education Units® (SEUs) and renewing your certification every two years

Alex embodies the Scrum framework instinctively. His extensive experience and hands-on practice are evident, and I have no doubt that he integrates his own daily Kaizen into his routine before beginning each day. I truly appreciate the knowledge and passion he shared with us.

Alex was able to fill 16 hours of training with interesting historical information, with clever stories and real-world experiences about companies that have helped to inspire and who use Scrum. The hands on activities were entertaining and did demonstrate their objectives. And Alex himself was personable, funny and really knowledgeable. Certainly one of the Top 5 instructors I've had for an online course.

Excellent and worth it!

Excellent product. Wish Scrum Alliance would offer more options for post business hours classes for ACSM and CSP. This would be popular with already working professionals.

This was one of the best courses on process refinement I've taken.

The instructor was extremely clear and knowledgable. He included a variety of hands-on exercises which were useful. The course was also run using Scrum which helped draw the connection between theory and actual application of the methodology.

Alex's class was wonderful - both interesting and informative. I really enjoyed the lessons and feel I fully understand the scrum framework. I also know the terminology. I passed the test shortly after the course ended. Would definitely recommend!
