Bob is a fantastic trainer and teacher. Exceptionally relational and relatable, he did a fantastic job speaking to many of the core concepts, issues, concerns, and challenges that Scrum Masters face and overlaying them into the AI landscape in such a way that the dots connected and formed a coherent picture. He also built out an interactive toolbox for using generative AI which took us beyond the obvious, and emphasized the importance of using contextual data, not just generalized prompts. He helped us navigate the realities of AI tools like ChatGPT, known limitations, such as file upload restrictions, the importance of data privacy and security concerns with use, and how to be a mindful steward of these details in a corporate setting. I'd love to see a follow up course that takes the training to the next level.
