Course Overview:
The Certified Agile Skills - Scaling 1 (CAS-S1) course is designed for leaders and coaches in medium—to large organizations that are adopting agile ways of working. This advanced course will teach you how to apply agile principles, practices, and frameworks to enable agility at scale and facilitate the sustainable delivery of customer value.

During this immersive 2-day workshop, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to help multiple agile delivery teams coordinate, align, and collaborate effectively. The course covers key scaling concepts and frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and Fast Agile (FaST). You'll learn how to:

• Coordinate planning and execution across teams and organizations
• Manage cross-team dependencies and align around common goals
• Create an organizational culture that fosters continuous improvement and sustainable value delivery
• Facilitate effective cross-team communication and collaboration
• Enable greater transparency, inspection, and adaptation at the program/portfolio level

Prerequisites:
