What exactly you learn in the training program ?

At Strategism, the Certified ScrumMaster® training course will last for two days from 9 AM to 5 PM wherein each trainee will undergo different learning methods about Agile principles through simulations, watching video clips and lively discussions with some educational games.

About Our Trainer:

Tamara (Sulaiman) Runyon is a Scrum trainer and enterprise agile coach, with more than 25 years experience in business management and software development. Prior to establishing APMI in 2014,  she worked at Intel Corp. as an enterprise agile coach, working with hardware and software teams across the organization.  

As an educator and coach, Runyon possesses a wide range of professional expertise in assessing and coaching agile adoptions, training and mentoring teams, scrum masters and product owners new to agile and the Scrum Framework. 

As a thought leader Runyon sat on the Board of Directors of the Agile Alliance from 2008 - 2012.  She is lead author of the research paper  "AgileEVM - Earned Value Management in Scrum Projects,” and other industry publications. Her techniques in AgileEVM are now used by major corporations in the defense industry.  In addition, Runyon has been a regular presenter at  Agile Conferences and has spoken at the Agile Project Leadership Network and the Northwest Software Quality Conference. 

Tamara is a regular contributor to industry publications such as Gantthead, The Agile Journal, InfoQ, and Methods&Tools where she publishes her ideas and experiences on Agile project management with Scrum.
