Evelyn, your "Path to CSP" Educator, brings in over a decade of agile coaching and training experience, and her specialities in growing agile coaches, which makes this self-paced program special. She has been growing ScurmMasters and Agile Coaches since 2011, and many of her mentors are well-known agile coaches and keynotes at international conferences. Her most recent topic is about value driven agile coaching strategy which has been used by agile coaches in all continents.

Additionally, Evelyn is one of the few Approved Path to CSP Educators who are specialized in training (Certified Scrum Trainer), leadership (Certified Agile Leadership Educator), coaching (Certified Team Coach, and Certified Enterprise Coach). Evelyn mentors candidates for their paths to Certified Team Coach (CTC), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).

In addition, Evelyn is a professional certified coach, certified master coach, certified coach mentor and supervisor, and supports passionate practitioners to grow on their path to Professional Coach (ACC and/or PCC with ICF).

More About the Educator

Since 2009, Evelyn has been coaching organizations large and small, in different sectors from telecom, banking, insurance, automotive industry, and e-commerce. She has been growing coaches and trainers for organizations to build their own coaching capabilities. So far, she has helped passionate Agile practitioners like you fom over 76 countries globally through in-person or virtual Path to CSP programs, and/or Path to Coaching mentoring and coaching programs.

Evelyn has solid background working in different parts of product life cycle, as a product manager, project manager, R&D manager, system architect, software designer, system integrator to customer support professional. She has strong hands-on experience in telecom, finance, insurance, automotive, e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors. These hands-on experience help her greatly while coaching organizations and developing coaches.

Evelyn Tian has solid hands-on product management and product ownership experience, and has been mentoring products large or small.

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster workshop requires previous Scrum knowledge and experience.

Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.

This program is ideal for ScrumMasters and Agile Coaches who want to advance their agile coaching skills, and our program paves the road nicely to Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).

This is NOT a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.

All attendees must have the Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and with practice prior to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) workshop. If you don't currently have a CSM certification, please contact us for options prior to registartion.

Evelyn's course was very well organized, and Evelyn herself is a great instructor. In coaching circle she's very easy to relate to, she has a lot of real world experience and a lot of ideas that I hope to apply with my scrum teams. I am most excited to explore the idea of a Dependencies kanban board! This is one our biggest pain points, it's a large program building an online portal and the inter-team dependencies are many.
