This one-of-a-kind learning experience instills confidence through an emphasis on skills development. This is the only leadership course that integrates the Systems thinking toolset in its curriculum. Interactive activities and systems thinking techniques allow you to incorporate your organization’s challenges in the workshop. So that you can work through some of the most difficult topics, get expert-level guidance, and own your own insights.

Course Instructor

Dhaval Panchal is an experienced Executive, Organization Design consultant, and Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach and Trainer (CEC, CTC, and CST), since 2008. He has been practicing agile since 2003 and helped build multiple agile organizations from the ground up. He is one of the first to bring Systems & Complexity thinking tools and techniques for transforming teams, and organizations.

Dhaval is now the founder of Evolve Agility that provides Agile training and coaching services to enable his clients to amplify the scale and speed of Agile transformations. He has led large scale transformations at Fortune 500 companies, and mid-size Product Companies. Dhaval has first-hand experience with transformation challenges in Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, and Medical domains.
