The Advanced Certified Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) course is part of the Scrum Alliance Path to Certified Scrum Professional®. The A-CSPO® is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of the ScrumMaster role.

The Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) is an in-depth immersion into the world of the Product Owner role. The class does a deep dive into the role of the Product Owner and how they identify and work with their Stakeholders, facilitate product discovery, test assumptions, and make sure their team builds the right thing in the right order.

The class is full of real-world examples and practical tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately at your workplace. The class is a deep dive into your role as a Product Owner and the virtual activities and exercises demonstrate key concepts and let you experience the next level of Scrum.

Who should attend

This program is designed for practicing Product Owners who have completed CSPO®.

Prerequisites are:

Current Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) certification with Scrum Alliance.
At least two years of work experience in a Product Owner role in the last five years. (In order to validate work experience, it must be entered on candidate’s Scrum Alliance profile in Scrum Experience section where it is noted that this is required for Path to CSP applications.)
Day-to-day involvement with at least one Scrum Team and a mandate to work with the broader organization.

Commitment

You will be required to dedicate yourself to 100% of the instructor led time to achieve the certification creditials.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund you must notify us no later than 10 business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation requests received after the 10 day window will be issued a credit that can be applied towards a future class within the next 12 months.
