What is the best way to complete this program? 

This program is designed to be a learning and growth experience that you can complete at your own pace. You are encouraged to take your time and get the most learning possible from the videos and learning assignments throughout the course.  There is approximately 32 hours of learning activities in the program. You will be practicing the things you learn in your work environment and summarizing your actions and learnings with your mentor. The hope is that everything you learn in this program will be something you can repeat often with teams. Your program assignments are your practice ground for future work with teams.

Debrief your learning and bring your toughest challenges to the eight included live virtual mentoring sessions.

What's Included:

Our virtual self-paced CSP^®-SM mentoring program includes a variety of lessons, learning videos, exercises, assignments, and quizzes to help you increase your knowledge of how to impact organizational adoption of agile values, principles, and processes. 

Learn and experience practicing Lean Thinking, Advanced Facilitation, Agile Coaching, Team Dynamics, Starting New Teams, Increasing Team Effectiveness, Encouraging Software Craftmanship, Coaching the Development Team and Product Owner, Organizational Development, Scaling, and Scrum Mastery.

Internalize working with Agile values and principles to understand that “this Agile thing actually works.”

Live Virtual Experience

• The live-virtual growth experience consists of live group mentoring sessions that focus on solidifying the knowledge you are gaining in the course. That means you have live interaction your mentor and peers to ask questions, practice coaching, and share learnings. All live-virtual learning sessions will be held on Zoom.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM^®) certification with the Scrum Alliance.
• Attend Tandem Coaching Academy CSP-SM online class to gain advanced Agile facilitation and coaching skills and learn progressive techniques in service to the Product Owner and the Development Team.
• Successfully complete all educator-designed components of an approved educational offering. This may include pre- or post- course work as deemed necessary by your approved educator to complete the learning objectives.
• You will be asked to accept the CSP-SM License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.
• Validate at least 24 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (from within the past five years).

Maintain your CSP-SM by earning Scrum Education Units^® (SEUs) and renewing your certification every two years. Learn more

NOTE: You may take the CSP-SM educational offering at any time after completing your A- CSM certification, and must have at least 24 months of Scrum Master experience logged into your Scrum Alliance profile before you are eligible to receive your CSP-SM certification.
