His teaching style is approachable and engaging, which made the learning process not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how comfortable Steve made me feel about preparing for the certification exam. His reassurance, combined with a strong foundation in the course material, helped me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. One suggestion I’d like to offer Scrum Alliance: consider assigning a moderator or co-facilitator to support the course. This would allow the trainer to focus solely on delivering content and addressing relevant course related questions. With someone managing logistics or handling sidebar issues, the flow of instruction would be even more seamless. Overall, Steve is a fantastic trainer and a true asset to the Scrum community. I highly recommend his courses to anyone pursuing Scrum certification.
