Meet your Mentor

Before becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer®, Ben Floyd has been a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and an Agile Coach. He has worked in software development since the late 1990's and his passion has always been with the team, team performance and company culture enhancement. Ben has been a trainer and adjunct faculty teacher since 1998.

When Ben isn't training or coaching, he can be found with a book, traveling, or reading a book to his grandchildren. And spending time teaching the grandchildren how to play 1980's arcade games is always a good time!
