Trainer is Vijay Bandaru, having over 23 years of software industry experience in both Service based and also Product based. He delivered Projects and Products related to different domains include: Healthcare, Hospitality, Travel, Mining, Entertainment, Gaming and infrastructure. He played different roles in Engineering and Leadership in his career.

He has 11+ years of Training and Coaching experience.  He uses his industry experience in his training to give real-time scenarios, case studies and examples, which help you to understand the concepts easily. Vijay also has extensive Agile Transformation experience in collocated as well as distributed organizational environments. He is the World’s FIRST Certified Team Coach (CTC) from Scrum Alliance. Vijay has strong Product Development and Management experience in a fortune 500 CRM Product Company and he has managed a Product called “Agile Studio” end-to-end. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from Scrum Alliance, and he is authorized to teach Scrum Alliance certification courses.

Vijay is a certified TBR (Training from the Back of the Room) Trainer. He conducts his training using the TBR techniques: interaction activities, pair learning, concept maps and group discussions. This will help the participants to learn by doing. He uses zero PowerPoint in his training, instead he uses flipcharts (in classroom training) and iPad to explain concepts through drawings in live virtual classes.
