Virtual Interactive Program
This CSP-SM program includes a total of 24 hours of learning. You will have a minimum of 4 interactive online sessions with Path to CSP Educator, Evelyn Tian, and there are also prerecorded videos and homework to complete at your own pace. You will be able to advance yourself to the next level of agile coaching, and grow skills that help grow your Scrum Team, organizations and yourself.
You can join from anywhere online. However please note that there is pre-work prior and homework after each session (read more in commitment session).
Our Unique Offering
1, You will be enrolled on our LearnUpon platform upon registration and you learn at your own pace via LearnUpon portal to finish all learning contents, knowledge check and homework projects;

More About the Educator
Since 2009, Evelyn has been working as a full-time coach, helping different organizations to transform. What makes her workshop different is that she works on coaching organizations in the trenches, and takes hands-on learning and experience into training workshops. She has track records in coaching organizations and teams with agile and Scrum transformation, and she is an internationally known conference speaker and trainer on Scrum, leadership, and coaching.
In the past decade, she has provided training and coaching support to companies in the sectors of finance, insurance, telecom, automotive, marketing, etc.
Additionally, she is an advisory board member of IEEE Software, where she mainly focuses on agile, Scrum, scaling and DevOps.

The Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster workshop is for participants who want to advance themselves on the path to Agile Coaches, and it is not a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.
Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.
All attendees must have the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification (A-CSM) and with practice prior to the Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) workshop. If you don't currently have A-CSM certification, please contact us for options.
