WEEKEND TRAINING

Pass the test to become a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)®

Join this highly interactive, dynamic and rewarding class to fulfil your professional and personal development ambitions. The course explores the Scrum framework in detail; from the foundations and theory to the practical application of Scrum including the tips, tricks and traps, picked up by this hugely experienced trainer through 20+ years working directly in project management teams. The learning covers all the Team Roles, Scrum Events, and Artefacts. On returning to work you will immediately be a highly effective ScrumMaster or Scrum team member.

This  training has been designed specifically to teach the fundamental skills necessary to become a successful Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in a fun, engaging style. You will become a Scrum Alliance member and you can choose to take the Scrum Alliance® CSM test at the end of the course.  That means that by the end of the 2 days of training you will be in possession of the Certified ScrumMaster certificate.

On this course there is also the benefit of two trainers in the room so there is double the support and information flow for all attendees.

With a Scrum Alliance CSM certificate you will hold an invaluable and recognised qualification in Scrum that will boost your professional standing and prospects.  It’s equally excellent for beginners, those working in non-software Scrum and Agile roles and for managers and executives who interact with Scrum teams and who want to learn the language and to understand the framework.

Learning with a formally Certified ScrumMaster Trainer® (CST) ensures that you do not miss out on the key knowledge and skills used by the very best practitioners in Scrum. That’s the best way to make sure projects are implemented effectively and it maximises your impact in any role within a high performing Scrum team.

The training seamlessly blends the theory of Scrum with engaging learning through a series of exercises, games and simulations.  But core to the learning is the most solid possible grounding in the practice of Scrum based on the trainer’s own experience. The proven outcomes for this course makes us 100% confident that you will return to work with all the practical skills needed to match your new qualification as a Certified ScrumMaster.

The style of training is completely adaptable to all pre-existing knowledge levels. Those with a limited background in Agile will by fully supported and those with a bit more experience will be given the learning and hands-on skills needed to become a truly exceptional Scrum team member.  Stuart Mitchell is a highly accomplished Scrum practitioner who has worked within some of the biggest organisations in the world.  He has also been a Project Manager and so has particular sympathy for those making the transition to a new role in Agile and Scrum.
