  • Lean Startup and Agile techniques such as MVP and Validation Board.

As a CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) and CST (Certified Scrum Trainer), Garrido has an extensive international experience, with classes in Europe, USA and Latin America (regular classes in New York, Houston, Phoenix, Boston, Seattle, Portland, Washington, Dallas, Miami, Orlando, Lisbon, Porto, Bogota, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo).

Marcos Garrido has a master’s in business and has over two decades of experience with IT projects, working with Agile Teams since 2008, teaching Agile to MBA Students at the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro and Scrum, Lean Startup, Management 3.0 and Facilitation techniques around the globe.

Garrido spoke in a number of events around the globe, including 12 Scrum Gatherings (São Paulo, Munich, Orlando (2x), New Orleans, Rio de Janeiro (4x), Phoenix, Porto and Prague) and major Agile events in Latin America such as Agile Brazil, Agile in Rio, Agilidade na Prática and Agile Trends.
