Ethan Huang has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on Agile transformation and team coaching. He is one of the earliest Scrum practitioners in Asia, and as an Agile coach he has successfully led Agile transformation within large global organizations like Perficient (China), Electronic Arts (China), and Cisco (Cloud Collaboration Technology Group). In recent years, Ethan has worked as an Agile Coach for State Street, and is leading the Agile transition in their largest research and development organization located in China. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Ethan provides education for ScrumMasters, Product Owners, developers, managers and executive team members all over the world. Ethan is an Agile Coach, CST, CSP, CSD, CSPO, CSM and PMP.
