My last years focus only on data projects and preparing people using analytics data bases and tools to take data insights. As System Manager and Project Manager with 5 years of experience managing technical personnel and coordinating different interdisciplinary areas involved in the implementation of technology projects , data architecture, and aligning development and analytics projects with the strategy of the organization. Using PMI methodology on IT projects and Scrum in software development projects as an agile framework methodology. Responsible for deliverables, budget, time management, scope, track tasks, hiring outside vendors and internal analyst-programmers, contracts, monitoring, internal and external communication, training staff and project closure. Scrum Master since 2016. I have completed a Master in Business Analytics and Data Management at the same time, I have been exploring and implementing data analysis projects, business intelligence boards, and predictive mathematical models, using tools such as Rapid Miner, R Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.
