Over the last 20 years I have worked for a number of the UK and Australia’s leading companies as a project manager delivering wide range of IT solutions including the introduction of market leading eCommerce solutions to organisation transforming projects.

In the last 7 years I have worked using Agile principles and practices to help companies evolve from legacy IT delivery methods into lean, value focused teams.  I am a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Practitioner and since 2012 I have been providing consulting services within a range of industries from Travel, Construction, Insurance and Financial Services.  I provide coaching alongside project teams to maximise their ability to successfully deliver ROI for the minimum amount of effort.  Where necessary I will lead by example and perform the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner to bring the values and principles of Agile to life.  I'm not afraid to get my hand dirty!

I am passionate about bringing people together to form empowered, self motivated teams which deliver value and maintain a laser focus on customer needs.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing groups of de-motivated individuals become collaborative teams who trust and respect each other and are focused on a common goal.
