I am a dynamic Agile Coach with over ten years of cross-industry experience in coaching and leading software delivery teams and organisations. As a Digital Product Delivery expert I am skilled and certified both in Team level Agile practices (Scrum, Lean/Kanban) as well as scaled approaches (SAFe, LeSS, DAD). I am also a passionate technologist able to successfully leverage my experience to build and lead high-performance Digital Product Delivery organisations.
As a Systems Thinker, seasoned manager and consultant, I am able to set-up, manage and optimise software delivery departments while maintaining a strong focus on delivering business value and client satisfaction.
