I have spent the last 15 years learning and cultivating my knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum. My passion for leading, teaching, collaborating, and exploring creative new approaches have formed strong partnerships and stronger friendships. As a public speaker for "The Agile Mindset," I love taking a group of people on a journey to expand the foundation of Agile and plant the seed of the Growth Mindset. I also recognize and appreciate every moment and opportunity to learn from my peers, whose passion for being a servant-leader transforms companies and lives.
In my personal life, I am a swim mom, an urban fantasy author, and an amateur foodie who loves to explore the world and take on new adventures.
