Sreedhar Reddy Manikanti

Sreedhar Reddy M is QA Manager at Symantec, Pune, India for Mobile Security product. He has hands-on experience of software application testing and development. He has proven work experience in network management (FCAPS), Internet of Things(IoT) & Data Center virtualization applications, currently working in mobile security area. In his current role, Sreedhar is managing team that does mobile application testing through automation for Norton Mobile Security(NMS) product from Symantec, Pune.

Sreedhar has individual and leadership experience in testing various application interfaces suchas Java API, Thick UI, Web UI and CLI. And also various types of tests such-as as functional, end-to-end, feature interaction, load, concurrency, longevity, localization, cross-browser, performance, .... Sreedhar comes to Symantec from Cisco, at Cisco he worked for 8.5 years, became QA Manager in Jan 2007. Prior he worked at Intoto India where he last served as Software Developer for IntruPro-Intrusion Prevention System(IIPS) product. Prior he was worked at Orillion India as software developer for Autopopulation product.

Sreedhar has 6+ years (since 2007) experience as QA Manager and has excellent experience in setting up teams, coaching, mentoring, developing automated test cases, framework, bringing new process and tooling. Sreedhar brings excellent mix of software testing and development expertise and an inclusive leadership style. He holds M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India and a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from the Kakatiya University and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM) from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (SCM), has been scrum master since 2010.
