Stephan started his agile journey in 2009 as head pmo experiencing how a large program transformed (over 120 team members) into a success driven system which produced regular product increments by adopting Scrum on team level and installing a program product backlog.
After completing his formation and certification as scrum master and product owner in 2010 the next challenge ahead was dealing with distributed teams (Poland, Switzerland).
The next stage led to Scrum assessments and mentoring of more than 20 teams/Projects and line entities for a large insurance company in Switzerland.
Scaling Scrum in an entreprise was always a main issue while introducing an agile mindset, agile principles and behaviour in the daily work.
In 2014 Stephan achieved his certification as Certified Scrum Professional followed by a 4 day formation in 2015 as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)successfully finishing with the certification as SPC an re-certification in 2016 as SPC4 (SAFe Version 4.0 - major release).
The quest for agile excellence will lead to the next step becoming a Certified Entreprise Coach.
