I started my career long back in January 2007 with project like Public key infrastructure using EJBCA (an opensource certification authority platform) as backbone. After sometime I moved towards Microsoft .net platform to build enterprise web applications having rich UI front ends, during this time the notable products that I worked on are web based CTI using asterisk 1.6, Live chat engine using cross server ajax, CRM & ERP. Before agile I was a lead architect and one can define me as a passionate developer but as Scrum came in to my company in 2012 at that time I was given the role of a team member which gradually moved towards the role of a scrum master, but because of my strong knowledge in that domain I transitioned towards the role of product owner, now I drive part of the product (area product owner) in my company along with evaluating possible opportunities for future product enhancement. Agile (to be specific Scrum) has totally changed the way of my thinking style by reiterating and constantly improving my skills and abilities to perform better with constantly changing and challenging market requirements. I have been working in my current company as Product owner for the last 3+ years. I am a people’s man, in my leisure time I do career counseling (free of charge) along with working towards increase in awareness of agile in the region of UAE (especially Dubai & Sharjah).
