Christian SIMON

Christian SIMON is a specialist the design of Health Information Systems. He's managing and developping the software eO for the healthcare as Chief Product Owner.

He participates in several medical informatics research projects where agile methods allows him to quickly implement the assumptions to be tested by General Practitioners.

As a Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Owner and Certified Scrum Professional, he's teaching project management in engineering schools with two special courses on agile methods (Scrum and XP) and courses on ITIL and CMMI. He's also training software developers to help them to adopt Scrum.
Since 2011, he  is a trainer for Learning Tree International on Agile Project Management with Scrum, Agile Programming: eXtrem Programming Principles and techniques of software development, Agile Business Analyst Training.

As a founder of the compagny SILK Informatique in 1992, he's in an on going process to implement Scrum and CMMI® together. He acts as coach in several companies to help them to adopt Agile and Scrum.

He is also a Certified ITIL Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Specialist and Agile Project Management Practionner.
