Ravishankar Radhakrishnan

Ravi began his career in software quality after amassing a collection of degrees in mathematics.  After moving into industry he experienced many things that should not be done in software development so is very familiar with the consequences of not doing things right.

An agile convert since 2004, he has led software development teams in large IT majors especially in software services space. Ravi is an agile evangelist who strives to help organizations realize their business objectives through effective usage of agile practices. Ravi is currently working as Agile Consultant and Coach helping to transform product development teams and processes, raising the talent level of the teams and introducing best practices throughout the software development life cycle.

Ravi plays the role of a coach and trainer in his earlier assignments who want to take their teams to the highest levels of productivity and effectiveness. Ravi coaches both leaders and team members to transform organizations to embrace the philosophies of the Agile Manifesto.

Successfully transformed several teams from traditional software development methodologies to Agile as an Agile coach.

Hands on experience in process consulting, working with leadership teams, agile trainings, building and sustaining agility in software development teams
