Ricardo Colusso

Product Manager, Agile Software Development practitioner and Innovator, specialized in creating software products for international markets. As part of the Office Development team at Microsoft Corporation for more than 10 years, working as Program Manager and Product Planner, Ricardo applied a variety of modern customer research methodologies around the world, and worked in the definition of vision and key features of the most popular desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Before joining the Office team, Ricardo´s role at Microsoft included working as Technical Account Manager for Large Organizations in Latin America, and leading the first Technical Support Team at Microsoft de Argentina. He also graduated as MBA in International Business at Lynn University (Florida, U.S.A.)

Ricardo is currently working as instructor and coach at Kleer, offering services for companies developing new software products using Agile Software Development methodologies, and also in the facilitation and coordination of workshops for accelerating innovation in large organizations and communities.
