Nicolas DULMAN

I have studied computer science, management and marketing. I try to always find duties where I will be able to use my skills in these 3 fields.

In 2000, I have discovered eXtreme Programming and agile frameworks. I have begun to implement some first projects using agile in 2001. In 2003, I have discovered SCRUM and I have been certified CSM since 2005. After managing some agile teams, I became CEO of an online insurance broker and of an insurance aggregator, during 4 years. In this new position, I have discovered the lean-startup approach and I get really into innovation projects. I keep on reading, studying but also teaching on this moving subject of innovation.

From 2014 to 2017, I work for Capgemini either as PO or Agile Coach or agile Business Analyst. During these years, I regularly commit myself as Agile trainer.

In February 2018, I have started to work as head of innovation for BNP Paribas Cardif. I am building a transverse team to handle innovative projects using lean-startup approach, and - of course - agile frameworks. I do my best to be an active proponent of agile transformation in my company so I spend time presenting, training colleagues..
