Title: Agile/Scrum Coach
I believe that Agile is the way to manage nearly everything and I do it all over my own life, from career searching, to event planning to actual IT work. It's a part of my DNA now and I can't imagine a world where I couldn't enjoy helping my teams succeed. When I started my journey as a Scrum Master 14 years ago, I had little idea how much it would impact my life and the lives of folks I worked with. I have gone from just a participant in a scrum team to Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Solution and Release Train Engineer.
