Maria Stadler CSM, CSPO.  Business Analyst, project manager for over 6 years.  Managed a variety of projects including two renovations of employee workspace with a combined budget of over 10 million dollars.  Relocated over 200 employees throughout the renovation processes with minimal loss in employee productivity.  Implemented a procure to pay system from developing an RFI and undergoing an extensive vendor selection process, to contract negotiations, system development, testing, integration and implementation. Worked with lending teams on new product development, including updating loan agreements developing and testing new product specifications and modifying the product based on iterative testing and employee feedback.  Worked with teams to create process improvements, and efficiencies through automation.  Actively pursued pain points identified by users and member customers to address system issues and flaws and find ways to simplify and correct issues.  Created processes and updated systems to comply with changing regulatory requirements.
